The brand
Founded in Stockholm in 1996 by four creatives, lifestyle brand Acne cut its teeth in denim. Once the brand’s iconic red-stitched jeans were in high demand, Acne decided it was time to branch out and design full collections in 1998.
Acne is constantly pushing its own fashion boundaries with collaborations such as a collection with France’s oldest couture house Lanvin and a jewellery line with internationally renowned jewellery designer Mikael Zobel.
The collection
As a label, Acne is defined by understated, subtle luxury and a mantra that its clothes should feel like someone else’s wardrobe. The result is that nothing dominates anything else and every piece is effortlessly stylish.
