The brand
Cosmetic entrepreneur Randi Shinder and former style journalist Melissa Shabinsky founded Fusion Beauty in 2005 after recognising that women who wanted fuller lips were left with little alternative to cosmetic surgery that is often painful, costly and even dangerous.
Fusion Beauty launched with LipFusion, the first needle-free micro-injected collagen lip enhancer. The brand has since expanded its offer to include lip-plumping pencils, anti-wrinkle treatments, lash plumpers, skin treatments and overnight lip-plumping treatments.

Fusion Beauty uses breakthrough discoveries in dermatology, cosmetics and biological sciences to create high-performance beauty products that offer alternatives to injectable treatments.
