Everything in the Outlet is 'AVAILABLE NOW', so if you only put items from the Outlet in your shopping bag, we'll dispatch your parcel within 1 working day.

Please note that if you include products from our private sales and 'AVAILABLE NOW' Outlet items in your shopping bag, your order could take up to 21 days to be delivered - unless you choose our split delivery option at checkout.

However big or small your order is, you'll only pay one delivery charge. We'll give you email updates on your order and it'll be delivered straight to your door using one of our contracted courier services.

Just so you know how we get such great prices on our site - we don't place an order with the brand until the sale finishes. They then send the items to our distribution centre where one of our team packs up all your purchases to dispatch. This means your products have to make an extra stop before they get to you. If you buy from lots of different sales, your delivery date is dependent on the latest sale end date. This means delivery does take a little longer than you're probably used to (between 15 and 21 working days). But we hope you'll agree, with the big discounts on the fab brands we offer - it's well worth the wait!

If you order an item that is available now and from a sale with a later delivery date you can pay an extra £2 for immediate delivery by choosing the split ship option at check-out.
