Description
This new Twist Grater edition introduces two new styles of grating blade into the range. It has a Star blade that's perfect for grating hard cheese such as Parmesan and an Extra Fine blade that's ideal for spices, nuts and zesting citrus fruit.
Both blades are made from etched stainless steel and are set either side of the grating surface. Like other variants in the range, it has a handle with two different grating positions for maximum convenience.
With the handle locked in the straight position, it's ideal for grating directly over plates and dishes. But when you twist and lock the handle 90 degrees it creates a naturally sturdy shape for resting on the worktop, providing more support when grating larger quantities of food. Also the handle and feet are non slip.
It comes with a reversible plastic sheath that protects the blades when stored but can be flipped to allow you to collect and measure grated food.
