You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that nonfaulty returns will incur a collection fee from the supplier of 150GBP for footstools, armchairs and sofas 50GBP for rugs and accessories which will be deducted from your refund. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. A delivery charge of 49GBP will be added at the checkout. UK Mainland delivery only, some areas may incur an additional charge. - - Orders placed between 6pm on Friday and 2pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday, unless delivery is to the following postcodes, in which case, the order will be delivered on Tuesday; BT, TR, PL, EX, IoM, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD. AB, IV
Please note express delivery to the following postcodes is always two working days: HS2, KW 16-17, PA61 -PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE 2-3
Next day delivery costs £7.50 for deliveries to Mainland UK.
Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Delivery times
