- This Bamboo Dicing and Dining set is perfec for all those herbs and vegetable lovers This set comes with the small vegetable knife and Global mezzulin or mincing knife, complete with a vegetable peeler.
Bamboo Board:
- The bamboo board comes with an inner board which can be removed. On one side it is flat creating a good cutting surface, on the other a concave bowl for use with the mincing knife to cut herbs.
Hachoir:
- Part of the extensive Global knife range from Japan.
- This curved chopping blade is razor sharp and makes easy work of herbs but can also be used to dice meat and fine chop onions. Known as a mincing knife in our range but also called Mezzaluna by the Italians (half moon) or Hachoir by the French, this culinary tool is a must have for any serious chef.
Vegetable Knife:
- This knife take their inspiration from Japanese Usaba (Vegetable Knives), the relatively flat parts of the blade are designed to chop through fruit and vegetables and come into full contact with the chopping board and give a clean cut.
- The front of the blades are more curved like a chef's knife, to allow the knife to be rocked gently forward after each cut and encourage good technique.

Next day delivery costs £7.50 for deliveries to Mainland UK.
Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Delivery times
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.
Items available to us right away will be delivered to you within 2-4 days and when it will take longer, the delivery dates are made clear throughout your order journey.
Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others.
