Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number with your order as you will receive a message email or call from the courier with delivery information and times. Delivery will be an additional 49 GBP. You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that nonfaulty returns will incur a collection fee from the supplier of 70 GBP for footstools armchairs and sofas 50 GBP for rugs and accessories which will be deducted from your refund. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. UK Mainland delivery only some areas may incur an additional charge. This item is delivered using a bespoke white glove service. Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
