All of our Fire Pit systems are CE registered and have a BTU of 50,000 (British Thermal Unit is a unit that measures the heat generated by the burner). On average, depending on the setting used, our Fire Pits will produce approximately 6-7 hours use for a 7KG gas bottle. We recommend using a propane gas bottle, which can be stored underneath the table. Please note the ice bucket feature is not included with this product

• Cleaning & Care: Cushions: Cushion covers are showerproof. Please store in a dry area when not in use. Cushion covers can be cleaned with a damp cloth and warm soapy water. Do not use fabric softener/conditioner as this may impact the showerproof properties. Do not machine wash or tumble-dry cushion covers. Rattan and Frame: Use warm water and a non-abrasive/non-aggressive liquid detergent. Wipe using a soft damp cloth. Do not rub or scrub the surfaces with abrasive materials. Tables: Use coasters/mats to protect the surface when placing items. Do not put hot items directly on to the surfaces. Do not store glass on its side during assembly, safely place on a flat surface

• HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FURNITURE SET:

  • Rattan – Use a hose pipe and a sponge to clean off any dirt and dust. Natural contraction and expansion will occur. Avoid leaving reflective objects on your table in direct sunlight (glasses, bottles, ornaments) as this may lead to your rattan damaging in the sun.
  • Cushions/Fabric – clean spills immediately using warm, soapy water and a clean cloth. Cushions are not machine washable and cannot be tumble dried.
  • Aluminium – clean with warm, soapy water and a sponge.
  • Tempered Glass - clean the glass with a warm soapy cloth, then use another separate cloth which is damp to polish the finish and allow to dry.
  • Do not use any chemicals or cleaners not suitable for use with your furniture set as this could damage your furniture set and will not be covered under warranty. Maze supply cleaning kits suitable for all ranges.
  • Avoid close contact with swimming pools and chemicals used as this could damage your furniture set and will not be covered under warranty.

  HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FIRE PIT:

  To enjoy years of great performance from your fire pit, make sure you perform the following maintenance activities on a regular basis.

  • Use warm soapy water for cleaning. Never use flammable or corrosive cleaning agents
  • Keep exterior surfaces clean: (Wait until the fire pit is fully cooled before any cleaning)
  • While cleaning your unit, be sure to keep the area around the burner dry
  • Do not submerge the control valve in water. If the gas control is submerged in water, do NOT use it, as it must be replaced.

  Visually inspect burners before use:

  • Make sure stones are dry before lighting
  • Gas odour with extreme yellow tipped flames
  • The Fire pit not reaching the desired temperature
  • The Fire pit making ‘popping’ noises
  • Keep the burner and air vents clear from obstructions
  • Spiders and insects can nest in the burner or orifices, which can damage the firepit, clean burner holes with a pipe cleaner
  • Compressed air may help clear away smaller particles
  • All of our Fire pits come with 85cm hoses, always check your regulator is securely attached and not damaged
  • DO NOT leave the fire pit connected to the gas bottle when not in use
  • Always place lid or protective cover on heating element when not in use
  • We recommend that your glass surround is stored in a safe place when your table is not in use
