Delivery to Mainland England and Wales only. We aim to deliver within 3-4 weeks and as soon as your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery. Our specialist delivery drivers will deliver and construct your new sofa and remove all packaging. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Non-faulty returns will incur a collection fee of 89 GBP from the supplier. All damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Please be aware that during the ever changing situation due to Covid restrictions prevent the supplier from entering customer households who reside in a Tier 3 lockdown. This will impact on delivering larger pieces that require assembly to rooms of choice such as sofas and beds. Express delivery
Why not choose to upgrade your order to express delivery for items that are immediately available? Here's how it works:
- - Place your order by 6pm Monday to Friday to get it the next working day
- - Orders placed between 6pm on Friday and 2pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday, unless delivery is to the following postcodes, in which case, the order will be delivered on Tuesday; BT, TR, PL, EX, IoM, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD. AB, IV
Please note express delivery to the following postcodes is always two working days: HS2, KW 16-17, PA61 -PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE 2-3
Next day delivery costs £7.50 for deliveries to Mainland UK.
Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Items available to us right away will be delivered to you within 2-4 days and when it will take longer, the delivery dates are made clear throughout your order journey.
