- You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note non faulty returns will incur a collection fee from the supplier.
- All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- If phone develops a fault within 30 days you are welcome to a full refund or a replacement phone within 72 hours.
- If phone develops a fault after 30 days the supplier is unable to offer a refund, however, they will offer a replacement phone within 72 hours.
- Goods should be returned in their original packaging.
