As a result of seeing your pull out in the Sunday Times I registered onto your site and found it to be very disappointing for two reasons. The search facility did not work (on an iPad) as what I typed in did not show in the search box. Secondly, the Prices candles advertised were not featured on your website when I searched for them. Very disappointing. Will unsubscribe.

  Thank you for your feedback. As a flash sale site, we only run sales for 4 days at a time, and products do sell out as our sales start at 6am.
  
  In terms of your troubles searching for products, we are developing this as we are aware that search functionality could be better. Parks candles were live when the Sunday Times Supplement was sent so we’re sorry you were unable to see it on an iPad and will look further into this issue with our developers. We’re very sorry that you’re disappointed but sales do come back on site regularly so keep an eye out for Parks Candles again.

Reference my previous comment, the name of the candles were Parks and not Prices.
