Shopping Online & Deliveries
Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure the smooth running of our website and customer deliveries. We are running at a reduced capacity at our warehouse, but our team continue to ship all customer orders out as swiftly as possible, although some delays are inevitable. The wellbeing and safety of our employees and community is of paramount importance to us, as such we have put strict measures in place for social distancing and hygiene to keep our team safe. We would like to apologise in advance for any delays that this may cause.
Please note there are currently severe delays on deliveries to the Republic of Ireland due to local Covid-19 restrictions, delivery will be made in 10-12 days.
Returns
We have temporarily extended our returns period to 120 days, to give you additional time to return an item to us wherever necessary.
If you have returned an item back to us for a refund, this will be processed as swiftly as possible and you will receive an email to confirm that this has been actioned. For more information about returns click here.
