Today, to name a few, there’s the Craft, Gift and Food Market in Matlock Bath, Derbyshire; the Chorley Carnival in Lancashire, plus the Old Harlow Craft and Farmers’ Market in Essex.

Make your own lemonade

If you’ve never made your own lemonade with fresh lemons, you’re in for a treat. It tastes nothing like the shop-bought variety. For Delia Smith’s deliciously simple, homemade recipe, which just needs to infuse overnight, go to Delia Online. Tastes like sunshine. Cheers!

Happy Sunday
