Summer is in full swing, and with the pending lifting of all restrictions – it’s going to be one to remember. If you’ve got a calendar filled with plans and are struggling with inspiration of what to wear, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the outfit ideas we’ll be wearing for our upcoming events.

Wedding

Regardless of weddings only having one year off; one of the summer party outfits we’re most excited about? Getting dressed to impress for a summer wedding. No matter what your aesthetic may be, be it a polished and tailored combination or a classic floral dress, the opportunities are endless in order to curate the perfect look. This years’ trends however? There’s plenty to consider, be it boho-inspired frilled floral dresses, a sleek suit or fitted dress, or a slightly more casual midi style for a micro wedding (because some people prefer to keep it intimate)

Bar

Whilst we’re not relishing the opportunity to once again be stuck trying to get the waiter’s attention at a crowded bar – we have enjoyed cutting a stylish figure in a carefully considered outfit. Whilst the combination of jeans and a nice top is always a strong look, why not mix it up with a midi skirt, mini dress or even a casual suit from the likes of Whistles or BOSS?

Brunch with the girls

Whether it’s bottomless or alcohol free (yes, those type of brunches do exist), brunch with the girls is ALWAYS an affair to remember. If like us, you’re celebrating the return to normality, the best way is in a bright and bold ensemble. Be it a carefully considered head-to-toe pastel look, or one standout piece, the only thing it shouldn’t be? Is understated.

July 19th

No matter how cautious you may feel about the lifting of the restrictions, there’s still the opportunity to get dressed up in the outfit of your dreams. Exceptional situations like this call for a seriously stylish look, – which likely involves some sequins. Whilst sequins are mostly accommodated with the festive season; styled correctly they can be sported all year round – just perhaps dress down a sequin blazer with some jeans, or a sequin dress with flat shoes for a more relaxed approach.

Look to Maje or Ted Baker for an elevated, considered look.
