This is lobster, but in a non-snobby way… this shellfish doesn’t have to be all grand and majestic all the time. Sometimes we just want our lobster in a roll with some dressing on it, and there’s nothing wrong with that .

Ever just wanted Japanese food and not have to be all prim and proper at a restaurant? Well this food truck solves that problem what with it serving tonkatsu left right and centre, this is the place for you if you’ve got a craving for crispy breaded pork, Japanese style.

Wood fired pizza straight out of a Land Rover? Yes, please: you’ll probably just want to go just out of curiosity how you even make a wood fired pizza in a Land Rover, and you’ll get an incredible fresh pizza as well. Perfect.

Hot Dogs are served from this truck with Dogs of all styles: from those with Japanese influence to standard style American Dogs. And who wants to eat a hotdog on a plate anyway?
