Guest Blog Post: Triumph Lingerie Review from Forever Miss Vanity Blog

Jessica Dearnley from Forever Miss Vanity Blog reviews lingerie pieces from our Triumph Lingerie sale.

Finding lingerie that fits properly should be one of the most important aspects of your daily outfit, yet it’s something many of us neglect. We’re too obsessed with discovering how the outfit looks on the outside, whether it’s what shoes to wear or what dress looks on-trend this season, when the focus should really be on what lies underneath. Investing in high-quality shapewear can not only make you feel sexy on the inside, but it can make a dramatic difference to your overall appearance.

Take this advice from someone who knows. I’ve been nearly every clothing size on the market, from a size 18 at my biggest, to a size 8 at my current weight. Throughout my weight gain and weight loss, I’ve always relied on shape wear to hide my insecurities and to also make me feel as glamorous as I possibly could be.  Women’s bodies change daily and unfortunately it’s something we can’t avoid, but for days when we need a pick me up, underwear brands such as Triumph are always there to help.

Triumph Lingerie at BrandAlley

BrandAlley recently contacted me to tell me about the Triumph lingerie sale that is running on their site this week and they wondered if I would like to share my opinions with you regarding the new Triumph range.  I’ve heard quite a lot about the brand in the past and I’m always on the lookout for new and exciting underwear so I happily accepted the offer.

I was sent a variety of underwear to review from the beautiful navy blue laced bra and knicker set to the lilac girdle and the Amourette briefs.

Firstly, the sizing of the navy blue bra impressed me. I’ve ordered many sets of underwear over the Internet, but none of the brands have been as true to size as the Triumph Charming Essence bra. The bra was exceptional quality with the flat edges making the bra feel effortless to wear and the angel wiring system made the bra feel so comfortable, it was like wearing my own skin.  The navy blue colouring looks regal and sophisticated and the soft texture of the bra makes you feel like you’re laced in luxury.

The other items I had been sent were from the Shape Sensation range.  The high waisted panty was unfortunately too big for me, but even when I tried it on, I noticed my stomach looked smoother and my curves looked more defined. The fabric yet again oozed luxury with the overall softness and delicate mesh cut-out design, and the amazing sensation bra I was also sent fitted perfectly like the previous set of underwear I tried on. I know a lot of girls would agree with me, but it feels almost impossible to find two bras in the same shop that fit perfectly, yet Triumph have managed this first time for me.

I’m overly impressed with the brand and would recommend the Triumph sale on BrandAlley to anyone. A phrase that pops up many times in the Triumph descriptions is ‘delicate’ and I think it sums up their lingerie perfectly. They’re all soft, easy to wear and make you feel like a million dollars. If you want to feel the best you can be, I recommend investing in some Triumph.
