- The blade is made from Zwillings stainless special formula steel whose secret lies in an optimal combination of chromium and carbon elements. The Friodur blade also undergoes a special ice-hardening process to give a high level of corrosion-resistance and good cutting results.
- A bolster prevents fingers from slipping so offers safety as well as an elegant look. The blade is made from a single piece of steel to provide a balanced knife with a precision edge for reliable cutting.
