You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies aside from those clearly highlighted must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that nonfaulty returns may incur a collection fee from the supplier which will be deducted from your refund. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it. UK Mainland delivery only some areas may incur an additional charge.
