Plus TEMPUR Sensation Mattresses are easy to maintain. They are 'no turn' and come with removable covers, washable up to 60°C.

The TEMPUR Logistics Team take great pride in delivering your order to you, but sometimes other factors affect our service. TEMPUR UK cannot be held responsible for losses incurred by cancellations or delays due to mechanical breakdown, adverse traffic conditions, or extreme weather. Be assured they will get to you as soon as it is safe to do so. You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. TEMPUR will deliver to mainland UK addresses only. The destinations that aren't include but are not limited to: Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands*, and all other UK destinations where access is restricted/prevented by tides/ water or other natural or man-made barriers. Arrangements for the onward transportation to your off-shore address is entirely your responsibility as the purchaser. We cannot assume any liability for damage or delays by your third party shippers. Likewise the freight cost of any unwanted items or returns must also be borne by you. Cancellations can be requested through BrandAlley but not always guaranteed (Dependent on order timeline). Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it.

Express delivery
Why not choose to upgrade your order to express delivery for items that are immediately available? Here's how it works:
- - Place your order by 6pm Monday to Friday to get it the next working day
- - Orders placed between 6pm on Friday and 2pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday, unless delivery is to the following postcodes, in which case, the order will be delivered on Tuesday; BT, TR, PL, EX, IoM, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD. AB, IV
Please note express delivery to the following postcodes is always two working days: HS2, KW 16-17, PA61 -PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE 2-3
Next day delivery costs £7.50 for deliveries to Mainland UK.
Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Delivery times
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.
Items available to us right away will be delivered to you within 2-4 days and when it will take longer, the delivery dates are made clear throughout your order journey.
Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others.
