Care and use:
- Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat resistant plastic tools are recommended.
- For best results, use appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of damage to product.
- The sand enamel surface is not ideal for dry cooking.
- Recommended oils to use are vegetable, rapeseed and sunflower oil.
- Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage.
- Oven and grill safe up to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling.
- Always use oven gloves when handling hot products.
- Allow product to cool before cleaning. If washed too quickly thermal shock may occur, resulting in cracking or loss of enamel.
- Handwash recommended.
- Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe.
