Washable Information
- The Weighted Blanket
The blanket can be washed at 30 degrees and then spread out to dry; however, its weight may exceed the household washing machine limit. We recommend you wash the blanket cover instead.
30-Night Trial
It takes time for you to get used to the extra weight. Research has shown that it can take up to 2 weeks for you to fall in love with your new Emma Hug. Take your time, because you are free to return the product at no cost within 30 days.

Is it suitable for my body weight?
The weight of the weighted blanket should be 8 to 10% of your body weight. This weighted blanket is suitable for adults weighing between 55 and 80 kg.
Can I use weighted blanket with baby and small children?
We wouldn’t recommend using this weighted blanket for babies or small children as it might be too heavy for them.
If I have diagnosed sleep disorder or other medical condition, can I use it?
Although recommended by therapists, our product is not sold as a medical device. Please consult your doctor before use’.
Can I sleep with my own duvet on top of the weighted blanket?
Sure. There is no defined way to use weighted blanket. You can put it under your normal duvet, on top of your duvet or without your duvet. In any case, whenever you want.
