On a normal mattress, the heat loaded previously will return to you, making the foam under your body warmer. This will disturb your deep sleep phase and could awaken you. This will support your body to go into deep sleep and will lengthen your deep sleep phase. During the 1st hour of sleep: your body temperature reduces by 0.5°.
