Extremely versatile, part of a cast iron range that provides many cooking options and can be used for almost any type of cuisine creating the most up-to-the-minute dishes from healthy stir-fry’s, curries, and no end of global cuisine to convenient one-pot meals.
Offering even and efficient heat distribution, which saves time and energy, it is highly durable and easy to clean. It can be used almost anywhere on any heat source, including induction - on any kitchen stovetop, in the oven, outdoor grill/barbecue, or on an open campfire. It can then be taken straight to the table to serve, although a protective mat will be required.
This 38.2cm oval sizzler plate features a handle with a hanging hole, which makes it easy to store and to transport from the heat source to the table. It comes complete with a wooden board made of teak wood, which protects the table surface from the heat of the plate. Ideally use on a high heat for sizzling up juicy steaks or other cuts of meat, poultry, fish, shellfish and authentic cuisines such as fajitas and teppanyaki and serving directly to the table. Can also be heated up to serve and keep food warm.

- Care instructions: Our cast iron cookware should be washed by hand. A dishwasher will remove the seasoning and likely cause rust. Always use protective mitts to safely handle the cookware as it will become hot when cooking. You can use any type of kitchen utensils as this cookware does not have a non-stick coating.
