Smeg White Hand Mixer
The Smeg retro hand mixer offers comfortable and easy use, with powerful results. There are up to nine speed levels to choose from including a turbo function, great for heavier mixtures where extra power is needed. There is also a smooth start action which will stop dry ingredients escaping from the bowl
The backlit LED display on the control panel shows the speed and time of use whilst the ergonomic handle ensures easy handling. Other features include a rapid release trigger for simple removal of the accessories, and a self-balancing design with non-slip feet for secure placement.
To provide maximum flexibility, the hand mixer comes with three different types of whisks. There are two wire whisk; ideal for airy textures such as whipped cream, sauces or egg whites; two flat whisks, great for semi-hard dough such as biscuits and cake bases; and two dough hooks for leavened products like bread. A fabric accessory bag featuring the Smeg logo is also included, so any un-used accessories can be neatly stored away.
Compact in size and lightweight, the Smeg hand mixer is a great space saving alternative to a stand mixer if kitchen worktop space is limited.
