The Adidas Performance Utility Weight Bench provides a versatile, stable platform for upper-body and full-body strength training at home. It has a 2.5" dense foam pad, adjustable seat and back with flat-to-incline positions, foam ankle anchors, and a robust steel frame rated to a 175 kg maximum load. Weighing 16.5 kg and measuring 121 x 49 x 113 cm, it works well for dumbbell routines and can be used under a rack for barbell work. Assembly is straightforward and the Scan to Train QR code links to full exercise videos.
