On the day of your delivery, we’ll bring your item inside to the first safe and accessible spot in your home—somewhere our team feels is sensible and secure on the day. While we can’t always promise to place it exactly where you’d like, we’ll handle everything with care. For our free delivery service, we do not remove the packaging.

Our luxury delivery service is all about the details. We’ll call you to book a delivery slot that suits your schedule (subject to availability), giving you more flexibility and peace of mind. On the day, our team will carry your piece to the room of your choice, unpack it, fluff the cushions, and take all the packaging away. Just make sure the item can fit through all access points—it's your responsibility to check there’s a clear path to where it’s going. We’ll also assemble your furniture on-site—except anything that needs fixing to a wall, like mirrors or headboards. While we don’t remove old furniture, we do remove all packaging, to leave everything looking tidy and ready to enjoy.

All orders to Ireland and the Channel Islands are eligible for standard delivery at a fixed fee of £7.95.
Channel Islands: Standard delivery in 3–4 days (£7.95), or Express delivery in 2 days (£9.50).
Republic of Ireland: Delivery within 7–10 days.
Unfortunately, Next Day Delivery is not available to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
