We accept all unwanted items providing the request to be returned is made within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in unused and resalable condition.

Any opened/used items will not be accepted under hygiene rules due to the nature of the products.

If your item is incorrect, you have 30 days to advise us that it is incorrect or missing. The item must not be opened or used.

If your item is faulty, please send a message with a short description/images of the issue (if possible) Refunds are only offered in the first 30 days from receipt, after this period a replacement/repair will be offered. This does not cover damaged items, misused and fair wear and tear.

Many of our products come with an additional manufacturers’ guarantee, please see packaging/ User booklet for further details on how to claim. This is a free service available in the UK only.
