No fault returns (customer change of mind)

• We must be notified within 5 days of order delivery if a no fault return is required
• Goods must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. You will need to request the drivers leave the packaging for you as they will take it by default.
• A £50 restocking fee will be charged per item
• The original delivery charge for the product plus the collection charge will be applied, these can be obtained by request.


Faulty Products
• A 12-month manufacturing warranty applies to all products from date of delivery.
• Any faults with products must be reported with photos.
• Faults which are present on delivery must be reported on the driver’s paperwork
