Return Policy
Return of faulty or damaged goods for the purpose of gaining a credit/refund is subject to evaluation depending on the condition of the goods. For example, footwear items may not be refunded if they have been worn, or if sewing tags have been removed. In order to credit you for your faulty items, we expect the purchased items to be returned in brand new condition.
This includes the return of the original packaging and labels and tags still being attached to the items. Once the product has been returned and accepted, we will replace or refund monies.
Returned shipping costs will be charged at the customer expense in 30 days window after pruchase, however we will assist by paying for the shipping costs for the returned shoes back to you. No exchange option.
