We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or details of where the item was purchased. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve any issues and enable you to lounge with peace of mind.

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for any returns and exchanges. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that go missing during delivery or, for whatever reason, fail to be delivered to us.

Exchanges
We have a 30 day exchange policy. We are very happy to exchange items upon receipt of the original which must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For items purchased at Charity Fairs that we attend your refund will be reduced by the amount (usually 10%) that Loungers has donated to the relevant organiser of the charity fair for the sale of that item.
