This pastry brush performs a variety of tasks in your kitchen. Spreading oil or butter on food or on cooking vessels and baking trays is just one of them. When making bread, biscuits or pastry, the brush helps you to evenly cover each item with glaze or egg wash to form a perfect crust. It can literally put the icing on a cake as well. The brush is also well-suited for basting meat, if you do not use our self-basting Cocottes and braisers. Made from black matte silicone, the pastry brush is heat resistant up to 220°C and gentle to non-stick surfaces. It is easy to clean and hygienic, and there is no fear of bristles breaking or falling out. The handle is made from acacia wood and has a hole in it for hanging storage. The timeless design and choice of colour make this utensil a perfect match for all our kitchen and tableware items.

Delivery Times:
