We proudly place them at the top of our Pro, where comfort matters most, and there’s up to 3,800 in two layers for pinpoint support. As they compress individually, they push fresh air upwards and respond separately to movements – so you feel cooler, and your partner’s toss-and-turns stay on their side

‘Cooler feel’ Simbatex® foam

• If your mattress makes you feel too hot at night, your quality of sleep suffers. But our Simbatex® foam has 5x more airflow than memory foam(i), and it’s infused with graphite to move warmth away from your body. So you get all the cushioning comfort of memory foam – minus the heat.

200-Night Trial

• If you're not happy with your mattress within 200 nights of delivery, we'll collect it free of charge.

10-Year Guarantee

• Our mattresses and toppers include a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing faults. If a mattress fails within that time, we'll exchange it for a new one.

Returns & Other Information

It can take up to a month to get used to a new mattress, which is why we give you 200-Night Trial to sleep on it. If you’ve only ever slept on a mattress that’s just foam or simply springs - or perhaps your old mattress has simply seen better days - a brand new Simba mattress might feel softer or firmer than you’re used to (it’s actually medium-firm overall, which independent research shows is ideal for most of us). So we do recommend spending some time getting to know your Simba mattress.

We want you to rest easy, though. If you’ve given it a good try and you decide your Simba product just isn’t right for you, it’s easy to organise a free return or collection. 

This item will be delivered directly from our supplier . Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number with your order, as you will receive a message, email or call from the courier with delivery information and times. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it. UK Mainland delivery only.

All bed frames supplied by the Supplier will benefit from a 200 Night Sleep Trial in terms not materially different than those set out in the Supplier’s e-commerce website Terms and Conditions (which may be reviewed at https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms) at Clause 8A of those Terms and Conditions, save that the extended right of cancellation shall be for 200 days.

Simba guarantees to replace any bed frame, as may be determined by Simba’s independent inspection agent, to be exhibiting a manufacturing defect in respect of the frame within 10 years of the delivery date, or any bed frame exhibiting a manufacturing defect in respect of the fabric cover of the bed frame within 2 years of the delivery date, subject to the full terms set out at Clause 12 https://simbasleep.com/pages/terms
