The easy release non-stick interior and exterior surfaces are easy to clean, and are tough enough to withstand use of metal utensils. Professional-style cast handles are attached with stainless steel rivets for a superior, secure fixing. A heat resistant glass lid comes with the Sauté Pan which retains moisture and flavours, and allows you to check the food you are cooking without lifting the lid and disturbing the cooking process or temperature. The range is suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and oven-safe* to 260°C. It is also dishwasher-safe.

Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the lid in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Oven safe to 220°C.
Always use oven gloves when handling hot products.
Allow product to cool before cleaning.
Clean with non-abrasive washing tools.
Dishwasher safe, handwash recommended.
