Express delivery

- -Place your order by 6pm Monday to Friday to get it the next working day
- -Orders placed between 6pm on Friday and 2pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday, unless delivery is to the following postcodes, in which case, the order will be delivered on Tuesday; BT, TR, PL, EX, IoM, TD, ML, KA, EH, G, KY, FK, PA, PH, DD. AB, IV
Please note express delivery to the following postcodes is always two working days: HS2, KW 16-17, PA61 – PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-44, ZE 2-3
Next day delivery costs £7.50 for deliveries to Mainland UK.
Sadly, we are unable to offer next day delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Delivery times
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.
Items available to us right away will be delivered to you within 2-4 days and when it will take longer, the delivery dates are made clear throughout your order journey.
Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others.
Christmas returns
We currently allow customers to return items up to 60 days after delivery, due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19. In addition, any item delivered from the 1st to the 15th of November 2020 can be returned up until the 15th January 2021.
Please be aware that certain merchandise will be shipped directly by the brand and therefore our returns period will not apply. Please be sure to check the delivery/returns information cited on the sales page for any items purchased to ensure any returns are managed in good time.
