We’re pleased to share that BrandAlley has a new owner, marking an exciting new chapter for our business.
Following a sale of the business, the BrandAlley website, brand and ongoing operations have transferred to a new owner. This secures BrandAlley’s future and means it’s business as usual for you, our customers.
What this means for you
- You can continue to shop BrandAlley exactly as you do today.
- Existing orders will be fulfilled as normal.
- Returns and refunds will continue to be honoured.
- The brands, sales and service you love aren’t going anywhere.

BrandAlley UK Limited – in Administration (‘the Company’)
Kiri Holland and Danny Dartnaill of BDO LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 29 May 2026. The affairs, business and property of the Company are now managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators are agents of the Company and act without personal liability.
A sale of the Company’s business completed immediately after the Joint Administrators’ appointment. The purchaser will be called BrandAlley International Limited, an unconnected company. The business sale comprised the transfer of the majority of the Company’s business and assets on a going concern basis.
Customers will be able to continue to purchase from BrandAlley as normal, with existing customer orders and refunds to be honoured by the purchaser.
Kiri Holland and Danny Dartnaill are authorised to act as Insolvency Practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in the UK. The Joint Administrators act as agents of BrandAlley UK Limited and contract without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are Data Controllers as defined by the General Data Protection Regulations. BDO LLP will act as Data Processor on the instruction of the Data Controllers. Personal data will be kept secure and processed only for matters relating to the Administration of BrandAlley UK Limited.
