You can return your order anytime for a full refund within the 200 Night Trial period Emma offers if your purchase does not meet your satisfication. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it.
