Additional lid feature: The practical holder for setting the lid upright to allow your hands to remain free and to keep the cooking area clean. The X mark on the lid indicates the optimal lid position for reducing steam output when cooking. For optimal heat distribution, the stock pot is equipped with a SIGMA Classic + sandwich base that completes this superb package for cooking with comfort!
