- Perfect Night's Sleep Magnesium Body Butter 30ml. Blended with shea butter, aloe vera, grapeseed oil and coconut oil to nourish and soften skin. Contains 88mg of Magnesium per 5ml of product.
- Perfect Night's Sleep Pillow Mist 30ml to spritz your pillow before bed.
- Perfect Night's Sleep Face Oil 5ml a nourishing formula of antioxidants, omega complex and vitamin rich oils.
- Perfect Night's Sleep Overnight Facial Cream 10ml. An expert blend of cica, ceramides and hyaluronic acid, skin looks and feels well rested for up to 48 hours of hydration.
How to use:
- Set the scene by lighting our Perfect Night’s Sleep Candle and let the soothing scent of lavender, sweet basil and jasmine fill the room.
- Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the magnesium butter for sleep all over your body.
- Use some simple breathing techniques… in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
- Apply a couple of drops of the Perfect Night’s Sleep Face Oil to cleansed skin.
- Seal in moisture with the Perfect Night’s Sleep Overnight Facial Cream.
- End the night with a few spritz of the Perfect Night's Sleep Mist on your pillow and prepare for a night full of ZZZs.
