Be assured they will get to you as soon as it is safe to do so. You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. TEMPUR will deliver to mainland UK addresses only. The destinations that aren't include but are not limited to: Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands*, and all other UK destinations where access is restricted/prevented by tides/ water or other natural or man-made barriers. Arrangements for the onward transportation to your off-shore address is entirely your responsibility as the purchaser. We cannot assume any liability for damage or delays by your third party shippers. Likewise the freight cost of any unwanted items or returns must also be borne by you. Cancellations can be requested through BrandAlley but not always guaranteed (Dependent on order timeline).
