How to use:
- Apply Vice Lipstick directly onto lips, using the angled end for more precision
- Swipe from side to side until you achieve your desired colour intensity
- For a soft tinted effect, apply to lips using a dabbing motion. Rub lips together to evenly distribute the colour.
