It feels like a weightless lip balm and looks like a colour lip gloss — Vice glides on to plump and moisturise lips and is enriched with Hyaluronic Acid.

This vegan formula is infused with Shea Butter and Passion Fruit Oil.
How to use:
- Apply directly to the centre of lips with the flocked applicator brush
- Swipe from side to side for even coverage and colour

- Line and prime lips with 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil before applying Vice Plumping Shine Balm for more vibrant, longer-lasting colour
- Apply to the Cupid’s bow or centre of the mouth on top of lip colour to add shine and fullness

Delivery Times:
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.
