12 Month Warranty & 5 Year Guarantee
All our products come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer warranty (unless stated otherwise at time of purchase). If your item(s) appears to be faulty outside of your 14-day cancellation period, but within the initial 12 months we will require evidence of the fault. This will require you to send high resolution photos and/or video of any suspected faulty parts via email. Only once we have received the evidence via email would we be able to process the warranty claim.
We would not need to collect the item to inspect in person as we can find any information we require through the use of high resolution images and video which means warranty claims can generally be processed much faster. If a fault is found with the item(s) within the 12-month warranty period, we will replace all affected parts free of charge.
Please ensure you provide a mobile phone number with your order as you will receive a message email or call from the courier with delivery information and times. You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies aside from those clearly highlighted must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that nonfaulty returns will incur a collection fee from the supplier which will be deducted from your refund. Goods should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress until the new one arrives and you are happy with it. UK Mainland delivery only some areas may incur an additional charge. Cannot deliver to the following postcodes AB, DD, IV, PH, PO 30-41, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV 21-59, JE, KA27, KW, PA20+, PH 30-49, TR 21-25, ZE, EIRE.

Delivery Times:
Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.
Items available to us right away will be dispatched within 1-2 days and delivered to you within 2-3 days. On occasion, the time frames may vary, however this will be made clear on selected items.
Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others
Ireland & The Channel Islands:
All orders are eligible for our standard delivery option where a fixed fee of £7.95 applies. Orders to the Channel Islands will be delivered in 2-4 days, orders to the Republic of Ireland will be delivered in 7-10 days. Sadly, we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery to Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Returns
You will have 60 days to return your parcel back to us from the date of delivery. All items returned must be unused with labels in-tact, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, due to the way we manage stock within our warehouse, we are unable to offer exchanges.
