The perfect way to relax and unwind with the purest possible essential oils, including lavender, jasmine and sandalwood, all expertly blended to help you (or them) feel calm and banish stress
This set Contains:
- 1 x Real Luxury Scented Travel Candle (75g). Light this candle to allow the fragrance to fill the room.
- 1 x Calming Hand Balm (30ml / 1.01 fl oz) a deeply calming experience in the palm of your hand. Nourishing with rich cocoa butter and softening with skin-loving shea butter.
How to use:
Real Luxury Scented Candle: always light all 3 wicks at the same time and allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly. Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4. Trim the wicks before every use to no shorter than 1cm. As you inhale the relaxing fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques… breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
Calming Hand Balm: warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin. We recommend cupping your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds
