Description
The Le Creuset 26cm Signature cast iron grills are able to reach a higher heat on a medium setting, meaning you can seal your food quickly and lock in the juices, nutrients and flavours, giving you fantastic results every time.
The ribbed base ensures excess fats drain away from the food, and the new helper handle means lifting a full pan is easier and more stable. The grill can also be used in the oven and on the barbecue, and is suitable for all hob types including induction. It's also durable and easy to clean, and the satin black enamel interior has been especially designed to protect the pan, over time, developing a natural patina that is ideal for searing and frying

Care Instructions:
- Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly
- Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing
- The enamel surface is not ideal for dry cooking
- Always cool a hot pan for a few minutes before washing. Thermal shock may occur, resulting in cracking or loss of enamel
- When grilling, take a few drops of water on your fingers and scatter over the hot surface. If they sizzle and evaporate almost immediately it is hot and ready for use
