The dense stoneware is made with specialist clays and fired at the highest temperatures to achieve exceptional thermal resistance and it maintains an even temperature for better cooking results. Available in a choice of colours, the enamelled exterior is easy to clean and is scratch-resistant so that it keeps its good looks.

Le Creuset Stoneware Care
- Before first use, wash the stoneware item in hot, soapy water then rinse and dry thoroughly
- Do not use any stoneware piece on the stovetop or any other direct heat source
- Do not place frozen stoneware in a preheated oven. Remove it from the freezer and place in a cold oven, then set the temperature, allowing the stoneware and oven to heat together
