It can also be used for a multitude of other cuisine styles and applications such as searing meats and keeping them juicy and tender, stir frying and more. It is made from 3mm thick carbon steel with a nitrocarburising process applied for increased durability and resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
It offers excellent heat distribution and is ideal for use at high temperatures so you can quickly and easily get sizzling on the barbecue. Riveted handles offer a safe comfortable grip and it’s generous 40cm diameter leaves plenty of room for adding and stirring your ingredients to get the best results.

- Care instructions: Hand washing is recommended. Before first use: Wash the griddle pan with a soft sponge, hot water, mild soap or detergent and dry it thoroughly. Then grease the interior with cooking oil and place it over heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Finally, remove excess oil with absorbent paper towels and dry it to prevent staining. Your product is ready to be used! Avoid using abrasive cleaning products and dry it well before storing.
