They are the perfect way to update your make-up look with minimum effort. When creating a perfect matte lip, you need to ensure your lips are in great condition. Exfoliate your lips with a scrub using gentle circular motions and then apply some lip balm and allow to soak in while you finish the rest of your makeup. When you are ready to do your lips, blot away the balm and then buff a small amount of foundation around the lip to erase your natural lip line. Ultramatter Lipsticks have enough colour to use by themselves, however if you prefer to use a lip liner, apply to the entire lip area and then apply Ultramatter over the top - this will give you a super crisp edge and extra-long wear.
