The adidas HIIT Deck combines an aerobic step and adjustable weight bench into a compact training platform. Its patented design offers over 20 setup configurations, including incline, decline and flat bench positions, with quick height settings at 20 cm and 35 cm. A high-grip workout surface, integrated resistance-tube attachment points and slip-resistant feet provide traction, stability and impact absorption for cardio and strength training. The deck includes an internal storage compartment with an adidas resistance tube and skipping rope, plus a Scan to Train QR code for exclusive online workouts. No assembly is required; the durable platform supports up to 150 kg / 330 lb and measures approximately 121 x 33 x 35 cm.
