Meat grinder and sausage stuffer set in metal, is an optional attachment and extension pack for the stand mixer. It's strong and easy to use, allowing you to quickly mince, grate and grind all sorts of ingredients. Make nutritious and tasty foods like meatloaf, falafel, salsa and pub-style burgers from scratch at home. The joy of a grinder is that you get a totally consistent texture. You can use the coarse, medium or fine stainless steel grinding plates to grind and mince all your ingredients. As well as grinding meats, it’s ideal for crumbling and grating dry bread, vegetables, fruit, nuts and cheese. Create paté, spreads and baby food using the fine plate. Meat should be extremely cold (even partially frozen) for the best results. A good tip is to put the grinder in the fridge or freezer before use to achieve a nice, clean grind. With this grinder, you get large and small sausages stuffer tubes. So once you've ground your meats, herbs or other ingredients, you can create wholesome and inventive sausages.
