The young Austrian woman turned Fouquet's life upside down and her beauty, elegance and irresistible personality made Albert's heart skip a beat. There was no doubt he had met the most fascinating woman that any man could ever have imagined. When they met again in Vienna, Albert surprised Annicke with his first creation. She was amazed by the scent, as were her acquaintances, creating an irresistible interest around the young perfumer.
Albert continued to meet Annicke in both Vienna and Paris, two cities that enjoyed the best landscape environments in the world, which themselves were a source of inspiration for Fouquet, along with the beauty and exquisite personality of Annicke. Gardens inspired by French, English, Japanese and Oriental influences, all created in the time of Napoleon, Louis XIV, Louis XV or Emperor Franz Josef of Austria, served as inspiration for his collection.
